Please note where your services can be provided along with your hours:
Our services can be delivered in a variety of ways including in person, virtual platforms (teams/zoom/duo) or telehealth phone calls. Family Support Specialists offer flexible scheduling to accommodate busy parents. The majority of our work is done M-F between 9am and 5pm. Please talk with your FSS to determine an agreeable meeting time. Groups and parent education sessions are noted above.
How would you prefer Collaborative partners/community members refer/bridge families and young children to your services?
We believe that families can thrive with mindful coordination of services. Our ideal introduction would include a “warm handoff” where we could be included during other services and meet families together with their providers, limiting the wait time. For Home Visiting, have families call Carolyn George at 603- 518-4390
For Parent/Family Support offerings, call 603-722-3682. Individual email contacts are provided above as well. We also plan to have our Family Resource Center open once again to the public for walk in services.
What are your hope(s) for our work together as an Early Childhood Collaborative; Why are you a member?
” As a provider for infant mental health and member of the Greater Nashua Smart Start Early Childhood Education Coalition, I am grateful to be involved in the collaborative. I am looking forward to connecting with families in the area and expanding upon their knowledge of child development, connecting them to appropriate resources and enhancing their parenting skills. Giving families the tools to be successful and building their network of providers is an important step towards a healthy thriving community. “
