Please note where each service can be provided along with your hours:

Our services can be delivered in a variety of ways including in person, virtual platforms (teams/zoom/duo) or telehealth phone calls. Family Support Specialists offer flexible scheduling to accommodate busy parents. The majority of our work is done M-F between 9am and 5pm. Please talk with your FSS to determine an agreeable meeting time. Groups and parent education sessions are noted above.

How would you prefer Collaborative partners/community members refer/bridge families and young children to your services?

We believe that families can thrive with mindful coordination of services. Our ideal introduction would include a “warm handoff” where we could be included during other services and meet families together with their providers, limiting the wait time.

For Home Visiting, have families call Carolyn George at 603- 518-4390

For Parent/Family Support offerings, call 603-722-3682

Are there specific website address(es)/Facebook pages where families could find for more information on your services?

waypointnh.org/ is the best place to find out about our vast array of comprehensive services in the community. We are also on Facebook.
